As you can clearly see,

vacuuming alone made a significant difference in the cleanliness of this home.

Steam Cleaning virtually restored the carpet to new condition.

WHY PREVACUUMING IS IMPORTANT

This soil was removed from 4 vacant rooms:

2 bedrooms, living room and dining room.

They were previously vacuumed by my client.

Think what would have happened to this soil if the first thing I did was wet it down with soapy water!!! MUD that is almost impossible to completely remove!

79% of the soil in a carpet is loose and dry and may be removed by dry vacuuming. Most vacuums however, do not remove ALL the soil from the carpet. I can remove significantly more with the Clear Trak Vacuum.

I remove as much soil as possible OUT of the carpet and then use steam cleaning to remove the soil left ON the carpet.
