Steam cleaning a velvet sofa.

Velvet sofa. The right seat has been cleaned. This sofa requires Restorative Cleaning.

Even though this sofa is coming clean. Had it been left longer I may not have been able to restore it.

Fortunately it cleaned up quite nicely.

Blue Velvet Sofa, Loveseat and Chair set. Heavily soiled, requiring Restorative Cleaning. Notice the brown soiling on the front edge. This is due to pets rubbing their body along the furniture. The oil from their fur rubs off and attracks soil.

A thorough prevacuuming to remove the loose soil from the velvet fabric. Otherwise it will turn to mud.
